Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The hotel's location was ideal for me as it was near the zoo, ensuring a calm environment while still being close enough to explore the city. The dining experience was enjoyable with a good variety of options, and the service was excellent with attentive housekeeping and a lovely welcome drink.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, just near the zoo and close to a couple of bakeries for a quick breakfast. The room was warm but comfortable and very clean, although a bit dated. The dining was delicious with a great variety of German breakfast options, but the ongoing renovation did leave some building dust in the dining room.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very warm and facing a noisy street but were exceptionally clean. However, they felt quite old and musty. The location was great for us near the zoo and calm, but being on a main road with noisy trams and buses running all night was a downside. The dining experience was satisfactory, with a good variety of options tainted by construction dust. Overall, the service was good, including the housekeeping and welcome drink, but the value for money was questionable.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms, although not very silent, were clean and cozy despite the lack of air conditioning during June. The location was great for us, being near the zoo and with easy access to the city, especially with a tram stop in front of the hotel. The dining experience was enjoyable with a good selection of German breakfast options, and the service was friendly with a welcoming drink upon arrival.
Wow, this hotel is a mixed bag! The rooms were very clean and spacious, but unfortunately not very silent – you can hear everything from other rooms and the corridor, plus they seemed quite old and musty. On the bright side, the service was top-notch, with great housekeeping and a lovely welcome drink. The location was a bit of a rollercoaster – calm to explore the city, near the zoo, but right on a main road with trams and buses running all night. The dining experience was a hit and miss – delicious with a good variety, but the renovation left a lot of building dust in the dining room. The facilities were decent, but there were a few hiccups here and there.
